All purchases ship from Los Angeles, California. Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout. We aim to ship all items within 5-8 business weeks for standard shipping.  We hand pick & pack every item by hand and ask that the expedited shipping and associated charges be selected if you require faster fulfillment.  The Hunted Fox, LLC does not guarantee that our carriers will honor their shipping and freight times, however we work diligently to get the product to you as fast as possible. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

• Orders are generally shipped using UPS or logistics companies (Monday - Friday) using UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.  Delivery for small items is standard is 7-14 business days for ready to ship items & 5-8 weeks for made to order items.  
• Flat rate shipping fee of $59 is added to orders shipped internationally or to Hawaii
• We CANNOT be responsible for items once carrier obtains possession of the product, however we do our best to select the best possible shipping partners. 
• If the client "interrupts" the delivery by changing the address with the carrier, unloading items, damaging items upon receipt, or forcing delivery services to operate in a manner that is not dictated in the contract, The Hunted Fox, LLC and any affiliates cannot beheld liable for these interferences.  

LOCAL DELIVERY

• During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. 
• Local delivery is available for addresses within 30m of our studio. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
• Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Tuesday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm) will be delivered within 72 hours with coordinated agreement of both parties. 
• Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
• When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 
• HF is not responsible for tracking and updating you wile your item is in transit by third party carriers.  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• We are happy to ship internationally
• The Hunted Fox, LLC does not cover any applicable tariffs that international countries may require/charge the customer
• Returns are accepted, however, all shipping fees (including tariffs) are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by The Hunted Fox, LLC.
