A fully custom L-shaped dining banquette designed specifically for Allyson’s Huntington Beach residence.
This statement piece will be handcrafted in Los Angeles using traditional furniture-building and upholstery techniques. The design combines classic Chesterfield tufting with a more contemporary silhouette, chartreuse performance velvet, and modern turned wood legs.
The banquette will be constructed in sections as required for delivery, access, and final placement while maintaining the appearance of one cohesive piece.

Construction
The banquette will feature a custom-built wood frame engineered for regular residential dining use. The seat will be constructed with supportive upholstery foam selected to provide comfort while retaining its shape over time.
The backrest will feature hand-executed Chesterfield tufting with upholstered buttons and carefully formed folds. Performance velvet will provide the richness and sheen discussed during the consultation while offering greater durability for everyday dining.
Approval Process
The client will approve the following before production:
- Final dimensions
- Performance velvet selection
- Chartreuse color
- Wood species or finish sample
- Leg profile
- Tufting layout
- Final design rendering or shop drawing
Important Notes
- The reference image is for overall design direction only
- Final proportions will be based on confirmed site measurements
- Table and dining chairs are not included
- Wall modifications, electrical work, flooring repairs, and construction by other trades are not included
- Dye-lot and natural material variations may occur
- Changes requested after approval may require a change order
- Delivery and placement are invoiced separately
Production Timeline
Estimated production time is 10–12 weeks following receipt of the initial payment, final measurements, fabric availability, and approval of all design details.
Payment Terms
- 50% initial payment to begin design development, sourcing, and production
- 50% remaining balance due before delivery
- Custom orders are final sale once materials have been ordered and production has begun

We only use 2-3 oz genuine calf hides that are not milled. This means the leather is thick and sturdy without the machine shaving or compression typical of most "upholstery leather" found at commercial manufacturers. You can see this by looking inside and feeling the rough, natural suede texture on the inside of your piece.
Each headboard comes with a care and cleaning kit, complete with tips and tricks for handling various spills.

INTERNATIONAL: Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.SHIPPING SPECS: we compress our pieces as small as possible to reduce our carbon footprint. This allows us to ship easily all over the globe.
