Winston Box Seat Cushion + Backrest | Custom Leather Banquette
The Winston Box Seat is a tailored custom leather cushion set designed for built-in banquettes, breakfast nooks, window seats, and architectural bench seating.
Shown in HF Atelier's signature whiskey leather, the Winston is defined by its precise sewn-panel construction: the seat top is made from four leather panels sewn together in a window-pane pattern, while the matching backrest is made from two leather panels with a centered seam. The center seam of the backrest aligns with the center seam of the seat cushion below for a deliberate, architectural finish.
Unlike our standard cushion pricing, which assumes leather on the primary top surface only, the Winston is fully upholstered in leather on ALL sides. The top, bottom, front, back, and side faces are all finished in full-grain leather so the cushion can be flipped or repositioned while maintaining a fully finished appearance.

We create all of our pieces with French cleats and are fully wall mountable to secure in place.
Freestanding items can use cleats/z-clips to secure to walls. All joining pieces will have joining hardware included.

Our guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defects. Please notify us within 2 months of discovering any issues. However, it does not cover damage from impacts, stains, tears, improper use, or any other user-inflicted problems. -
We only use 2-3 oz genuine calf hides that are not milled. This means the leather is thick and sturdy without the machine shaving or compression typical of most "upholstery leather" found at commercial manufacturers. You can see this by looking inside and feeling the rough, natural suede texture on the inside of your piece.
