These Terms of Service govern your use of the Atelier HF website at hfatelier.com and any related services operated by HF Atelier LLC.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About This Agreement

In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to HF Atelier LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Los Angeles, California, doing business as Atelier HF.

"You" refers to anyone accessing or using the site, whether as a visitor, client, trade member, or hospitality partner.

These Terms of Service govern general use of the website. They do not replace the terms of any specific order placed with us. Orders are governed by:

Where these documents conflict, the order acknowledgment controls for that specific project.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our practices or applicable law change. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted clearly. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the site lawfully and for its intended purposes — browsing our work, learning about the studio, submitting inquiries, and placing orders.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with the site's operation, security, or performance
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy content from the site
  • Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate site access if these terms are violated.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Atelier HF website — including photography, illustrations, written copy, design elements, the wordmark, the icon, and the overall site design — is the property of HF Atelier LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view this content for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce or republish content on other websites or in other media
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices

Trade members and hospitality partners may receive expanded usage rights as part of their specific engagement with the studio. Those rights are defined in the relevant agreement, not this page.

Inquiries and Submissions

When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, apply for trade access, or contact the studio through this site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Order inquiries and project communications are confidential between you and the studio. We do not share project details, specifications, or client information publicly without permission.

We may use anonymized, non-identifying information from inquiries to improve the site and our services.

Photos You Share Publicly

If you publicly share photographs of Atelier HF pieces — on social media, in editorial coverage, in your own portfolio, or in other public forums — you grant HF Atelier LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost or share those images for promotional purposes related to the studio.

This license includes the right to:

  • Repost the image on Atelier HF social channels with credit to you or the original source
  • Include the image in client galleries, case studies, or the Projects section of the website with credit
  • Reference the image in editorial or press materials with credit

This license does not include the right to:

  • Sublicense the image to third parties
  • Modify the image beyond standard cropping or color correction
  • Use the image in paid advertising without your separate consent
  • Use the image after you request that we stop

If you would prefer we not share your image, contact studio@hfatelier.com and we will remove it from our channels.

Trade members and hospitality clients with installation photography should refer to their specific agreement, which may include broader usage terms.

Site Accuracy and Errors

We work to keep information on the site accurate, but typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or outdated specifications can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information, availability, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

If a quoted price is found to be incorrect after an inquiry has been submitted but before an order is approved, we will notify you and provide the corrected quote. You are not obligated to proceed at the revised price.

Pricing and Quotes

All Atelier HF pieces are made to order. Pricing is quoted on a per-project basis based on dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and complexity.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, pricing is subject to revision based on current material and labor costs.

Pricing on the site, where shown, reflects starting prices for standard configurations. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order approval.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services — for example, suppliers we work with, partner brands, or external resources we reference. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

Linking to a third party does not constitute endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk and under their own terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you agree to the practices described there.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HF Atelier LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, this website
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in site content
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information
  • Any other matter relating to the site

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, and applies even if HF Atelier LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fabrication or order issues, which are governed by the Custom Order Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HF Atelier LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorney fees — arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your misuse of the site
  • Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms, the site, or any order placed through Atelier HF will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Production Policy, Custom Order Terms, Privacy Policy, and any written order acknowledgment, constitute the entire agreement between you and HF Atelier LLC regarding your use of the site and any orders placed through it.
