Custom Performance Velvet Corner Banquette
Handcrafted in Los Angeles, this tailored L-shaped upholstered dining banquette brings comfortable, space-saving seating to kitchen corners, breakfast nooks, dining rooms, and hospitality interiors. Standard construction includes residential upholstery foam. For commercial spaces, high-resilience (HR) foam is available for a 22% price increase.

Sizes refer to the nominal lengths of the two adjoining walls/sections. Custom sizes are available by quotation; confirmed finished dimensions in approved shop drawings before production.
MATERIALS
Upholstered in performance velvet with a soft hand and tailored appearance. Fabric: 100% polyester, 54" wide, greater than 200,000 Wyzenbeek double rubs; PFAS-free; CA 117-E, UFAC Class 1, NFPA 260 fabric ratings. Plywood frame with screw-on legs. Standard residential upholstery foam is included. Commercial-grade HR foam is available as a 22% upgrade.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Price includes a complete two-section L-shaped corner banquette in the selected size and velvet color. The sections meet at a clean mitered 90-degree corner, with the seat and back upholstery continuing to the joint without an extra corner filler block. Screw-on legs and connecting hardware are supplied for assembly. Installation conditions, leg arrangement, channeling or tufting pattern, and final proportions must be confirmed on production drawings. Wood-base construction, specialty upholstery detailing, and nonstandard dimensions are quoted separately.

Made to order in Los Angeles by HF Atelier.
Standard lead time: 8–12 weeks, plus 5-14 days transit based on location.
Freight and installation are quoted separately.
Custom sizing is available for restaurant banquettes, wall-mounted bar seating, floating dining benches, and other space-saving commercial seating applications.

We create all of our pieces with French cleats and are fully wall mountable to secure in place.
Freestanding items can use cleats/z-clips to secure to walls. All joining pieces will have joining hardware included.

Our guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defects. Please notify us within 2 months of discovering any issues. However, it does not cover damage from impacts, stains, tears, improper use, or any other user-inflicted problems. -
We only use 2-3 oz genuine calf hides that are not milled. This means the leather is thick and sturdy without the machine shaving or compression typical of most "upholstery leather" found at commercial manufacturers. You can see this by looking inside and feeling the rough, natural suede texture on the inside of your piece.
