The Morgan Skirted Sofa
Inspired by my sister and the softly sculpted silhouettes of early to mid-20th-century European club furniture, the Morgan Sofa balances traditional upholstery details with a clean, contemporary profile.
Its gently rounded back flows into tailored, rolled arms, creating an enveloping silhouette without feeling overly formal. A single, generously proportioned bench seat provides uninterrupted comfort, while the floor-length tailored skirt and centered kick pleat give the sofa an elegant, architectural finish.
Each Morgan Sofa is handcrafted to order in Los Angeles by HF Atelier using a solid hardwood frame, supportive suspension construction, and premium high-resiliency foam selected for exceptional softness and lasting comfort. Shown in rich chocolate brown deep pile mohair the Morgan can be customized in your choice of upholstery, dimensions, cushion firmness, and finish.
Designed to feel collected rather than newly manufactured, the Morgan brings the depth and character of a vintage European sofa into a refined modern interior.

Customization
The Beaumont Sofa can be customized in COM or a textile selected through HF Atelier. Alternative lengths, depths, cushion densities, skirt treatments, and upholstery details are available upon request.
For COM orders, approximately 30 yards of 54"-wide solid upholstery fabric are recommended. Additional yardage may be required for patterned fabrics, large repeats, directional textiles, or matching throw pillows.
Lead Time
Handcrafted to order. Standard production lead time is approximately 8 to 12 weeks, plus transit. Complex customizations may require additional time.

We create all of our pieces with French cleats and are fully wall mountable without the use of straps.

STYLE #2: Finish with the optional brass hardware kit (brass D-rings and screws sold separately).
STYLE #3: Using a curtain rod, copper, or iron pole, mount it on the wall and slide it through the headboard's leather straps. Voila!

We only use 2-3 oz genuine calf hides that are not milled. This means the leather is thick and sturdy without the machine shaving or compression typical of most "upholstery leather" found at commercial manufacturers. You can see this by looking inside and feeling the rough, natural suede texture on the inside of your piece.
Each headboard comes with a care and cleaning kit, complete with tips and tricks for handling various spills.

MADE TO ORDER: our production time is between 60-90 days with domestic shipping that can take up to 5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.SHIPPING SPECS: we compress our pieces as small as possible to reduce our carbon footprint. This allows us to ship easily all over the globe.
